For families, the B2C web dashboard provides real-time remote monitoring — vitals, mood trends, alerts, chat, and schedule visibility — so you always know how your parent is doing, even from thousands of miles away. NovaSphere lets multiple family members share access with granular permissions, and the Nebula Vault securely stores sensitive documents, finances, and end-of-life wishes with AES-256 encryption.

For organizations, the B2B platform delivers a full operational layer: centralized patient management across dozens or hundreds of patients, RBAC staff roles with granular permissions, health trend analytics, staff-to-patient roster scheduling with overbooking detection, real-time chat channels, alert monitoring with severity tracking, visit tracking for compliance documentation, and NovaDesk — an AI document processor for clinical notes.

Every consumer feature is 100% free. Organizations pay for the coordination layer — the dashboard, analytics, staff management, and compliance tools that make managing 50 to 500 patients possible.

Novaq is not a prototype. The backend architecture includes 15+ RPC functions for secure data access, realtime subscriptions powering live chat and alerts, auto-triggers for profile creation and AI titling, encrypted storage buckets for the Nebula Vault, a device fingerprinting verification system for family member logins, and a full push notification pipeline that triggers alerts to family members, assigned staff, and care teams in real time.
